About Us
If Kimchi is the foundation of Korean cuisine then we believe GochuJANG (고추장: Fermented Red Chili Paste) would be the cement that held it together. Food is often a vehicle to a different culture and we hope that local South Africans can experience that through our craft.
After living in Korea for many years and upon returning home, what we missed the most was the unforgettable taste of Dakgangjeong (닭강정: Korean Fried Chicken with a distinct sauce). We use quality ingredients and practise eco-friendly solutions throughout our business model.
